1) Parties

1.1 Seller

1.2 Buyer (Consumer) The person who places an order via www.artenisa.net and whose contact and billing information is provided in the order form.

2) Subject

This Agreement is governed by the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services specified in the Buyer’s order.

3) General Provisions

  • The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and confirmed the Preliminary Information Form regarding the basic characteristics, price, and payment terms before placing the order.
  • Security: Payments are processed via the iyzico secure infrastructure. The Buyer acknowledges that Özlem Çubuk – Artenisa will appear as the merchant on their bank/card statements.
  • Delivery: Physical products will be delivered to the specified address within a maximum of 30 days. Digital content is delivered instantly via electronic means upon payment confirmation.

4) Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing any reason.
  • Exceptions: In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
  • Goods prepared in line with the consumer’s special requests (custom-made artworks/3D prints).

2. PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM (Ön Bilgilendirme Formu)

  • Seller Information: Özlem Çubuk – Artenisa (Address and Tax details as stated in the Agreement).
  • Product/Service Features: Detailed on the respective product pages and in the shopping cart.
  • Total Price: The sales price includes all taxes (VAT). Shipping costs are clearly calculated and displayed at the final checkout stage.
  • Payment & Performance: Payments are accepted via Credit/Debit card (iyzico) or Bank Transfer. Delivery/performance begins immediately upon successful payment.

 

 

3. MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (Üyelik Sözleşmesi)

1) Membership Terms

  • Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
  • The Member is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and maintaining the security of their account credentials.

2) Intellectual Property

  • All site content, including but not limited to artworks, text, training modules, and digital assets, are the intellectual property of Özlem Çubuk – Artenisa. Unauthorized copying or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3) Termination

  • The Member may terminate their membership at any time by contacting info@artenisa.net. Artenisa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate legal regulations or these terms.

4) Authorized Court

In the event of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Ankara (Seller's residence) or the Buyer's residence are authorized.
