Preliminary Information Form

1. Subject

The subject of this form is to inform the Buyer regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the product(s) they intend to purchase, and to inform them of their Right of Withdrawal, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The basic characteristics (type, quantity, material/model, color, unit price) of the Good/Service are listed below. Prices include all applicable taxes.

4. Payment Method

• Payment Provider: Card payments are processed via Craftgate infrastructure.
• 3D Secure: Depending on your bank/card settings, 3D Secure verification may be required during checkout.
• Installments (if available): If supported by the bank/card, installment options may be shown at checkout.

5. Delivery Information

• Delivery Timeframe: The product will be delivered to the Buyer’s declared address within the timeframe specified on the product page, depending on distance, but in no case exceeding the statutory limit of 30 days.
  • Atelier Items: Typically dispatched in 2–3 business days.
  • Studio Items: Typically dispatched in 3–5 business days (production time).
• Shipping Cost: Unless a “Free Shipping” campaign is active, the shipping cost is added to the total order amount and is paid by the Buyer. This amount is shown in the Total Payment Amount above.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cayma Hakkı)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

• Notification: To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email (info@artenisa.net) or the contact form within the withdrawal period.
• Return Deadline: After sending the withdrawal notice, the Buyer must return the goods within 10 (ten) days.
• Refund Timeline: The Seller refunds the collected payments within 14 (fourteen) days following receipt of the withdrawal notice, in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Return Shipping Cost: If the Buyer sends the product using the Seller’s contracted carrier, the Buyer is not charged return shipping costs.
  Contracted carrier: Yurtiçi Kargo (return shipment instructions will be shared after withdrawal notice).
  If the Buyer uses a different carrier by choice, the return shipping cost may be borne by the Buyer. If the contracted carrier is not accessible in the Buyer’s location, the Seller will provide an alternative free return method.
• Return Address: The return address and shipment instructions will be provided to the Buyer after the withdrawal request, based on the product type and secure packaging requirements.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Goods prepared in line with the Buyer’s specific requests or personal needs (Custom/Bespoke Atelier works).
• Goods whose protective elements have been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return due to hygiene/health reasons (only where applicable).

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) in the place where the Buyer resides or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.

9. Acceptance

By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and understood the information in this Preliminary Information Form regarding the basic characteristics, total price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the Right of Withdrawal, and gives the necessary confirmation electronically.
