LEGAL STRUCTURE AND WARRANTY TERMS

1) Legal Structure and Seller Liability

All products offered through www.artenisa.net are provided under the legal responsibility and guarantee of Özlem Çubuk – Artenisa.

  • Data Controller: Özlem Çubuk – Artenisa acts as the sole data controller and seller for all transactions conducted on this platform.

2) Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms vary based on the nature of the product or service:

  • Physical Artworks & Products: These are covered against manufacturing or workmanship defects for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of delivery.

3) Limitations and Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Environmental Damage: Damage caused by improper storage (e.g., exposure to extreme humidity, direct sunlight, or heat) or general misuse by the consumer.
  • Natural Art Variance: Minor variations in texture, tone, or finish in handmade products (etc., sculptures) are inherent to the artistic process and are not considered defects.

4) Damage Assessment & Delivery

Per legal regulations, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery.

  • Reporting: If a product is damaged or incorrect, a Damage Assessment Report (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) must be issued by the courier.
  • Submission: This report, along with visual evidence, must be submitted to info@artenisa.net within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to provide a report may void the return/warranty claim for transit-related damage.

5) Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a claim, please email info@artenisa.net with:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • High-resolution photos.

Our technical team will review your application and provide a decision regarding repair, replacement, or refund within 10 business days.
