SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

At Artenisa, we treat every piece of art and service with the utmost care. We strive to ensure your orders reach you safely and efficiently.

1) Processing and Dispatch

  • Standard Shipping: Orders for available items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
  • Custom & Handmade Items: For bespoke artworks, 3D prints, or handmade items, production times vary. You will be notified of the estimated dispatch date via email or phone.
  • Operating Hours: Dispatch occurs on business days (Monday – Friday). No shipments are processed on Sundays or official public holidays in Türkiye.
  • Tracking: Once your order is handed over to the courier, a tracking number will be sent to you via email and SMS.

2) Shipping Fees

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your location and the dimensions of the items in your cart.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free domestic shipping on orders exceeding 1,500 TL. This threshold may change during specific promotional periods.

3) Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic (Türkiye): Deliveries are typically completed within 1–5 business days post-dispatch, depending on the destination city and the courier's current workload.
  • Fragile Items: Because art pieces require specialized packaging, preparation may take slightly longer to ensure safe transit.

4) Mandatory Inspection Upon Delivery

To protect your rights under consumer law, please follow these steps:

  • In-Person Inspection: Please inspect the external packaging in the presence of the courier before signing for the delivery.
  • Damage Assessment Report: If you notice any damage, crushing, or moisture on the package, you must ask the courier to issue a "Damage Assessment Report" (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) and refuse the delivery.
  • Liability: Per legal regulations, once a package is accepted without a report, the courier's liability ends, and the recipient is deemed to have received the product in perfect condition.

5) Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or find an item missing from your order:

  • Contact us at info@artenisa.net within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include your Order Number and clear photos of the received items.
  • Following a swift review, we will arrange a free replacement or send the missing item at no additional cost to you.

6) International Shipping

We currently do not offer standard international shipping through the website. However, we can provide customized shipping solutions for specific artworks upon request. For international inquiries, please contact us at info@artenisa.net.
