Shipping and Delivery Policy

At ARTENISA, we view delivery as the final step of our curation. To keep every shipment traceable and secure, we ship within Türkiye exclusively via Yurtiçi Kargo (tracked delivery).

1. Processing & Production Times

Because our gallery operates on a dual-pillar model, shipment times vary depending on the collection you purchase:

  • Atelier Collection (Sculptures):
    Status: Ready to Ship.
    Processing Time: These pieces are inspected, packed carefully, and dispatched within 2–3 business days of your order.
  • Studio Collection (Collectibles):
    Status: Made-to-Order / Small Batch.
    Production Time: Some Studio items are finished upon order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and hand-finishing before dispatch.
  • Custom / Bespoke Atelier Commissions (if offered):
    These are prepared according to personal requests. The production and dispatch timeline will be confirmed individually and communicated on the order record before dispatch.
  • Note during Peak Seasons: During launch drops or holiday periods (New Year, Bayram), processing times may extend up to 7 business days. This will be communicated on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates & Carrier

  • Carrier Partner: We ship within Türkiye exclusively via Yurtiçi Kargo (tracked delivery).
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and volumetric weight of the package.
  • Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping may be offered on orders over 2,500 TL within Türkiye (if active, it will be clearly shown at checkout).

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched from Ankara, estimated transit times are:

  • Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir: 1–2 business days.
  • Other Metropolitan Areas: 2–3 business days.
  • Regional/Rural Areas: 3–5 business days.
  • Important (Legal Delivery Limit): These times are estimates. We are responsible for delivering your order within the legal framework of distance sales. If no specific delivery timeframe is agreed, delivery must be completed within 30 days at the latest, and if delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may terminate the contract and request a refund.

Note: In rare cases, transit may be affected by weather, operational congestion, or force majeure. If an unusual delay occurs, we will support you with tracking and updates.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email (and SMS from the carrier, where available) containing your tracking number. You can track the journey of your package via the carrier’s tracking portal.

5. Important: Inspection Upon Delivery

A quick check protects your shipment: Please follow these steps upon delivery:

  • Inspect the Box: Before signing, check the outer box for visible damage (crushing, tears, water damage).
  • Request a Report: If the box is damaged, request a “Hasar Tespit Tutanağı” (damage report) from the courier. If possible, do not accept the shipment until the report is created.
  • Document It: Take clear photos/videos of the box and labels, and keep all packaging materials.
  • Contact Us Immediately: Email us at info@artenisa.net with your order number and visuals so we can support the process quickly.

Note: A damage report and original packaging help us file a stronger claim with the carrier and resolve the situation faster. This does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

6. Returns Shipping (Right of Withdrawal)

If you use your Right of Withdrawal, returns should be shipped via our contracted carrier (Yurtiçi Kargo) to ensure traceable handling. Return instructions are provided in our Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Contract.

7. International Shipping

Currently, ARTENISA ships primarily within Türkiye.
